Tom Turner – Musical Director

Tom read Music at the University of Leeds, graduating with a Masters in Composition in 2008. Since then, he has gained a wide range of experience as a Musical Director and Pianist.

Upon graduation, he played 2nd Keyboard for Steve Coogan's National Tour, Steve Coogan as Alan Partridge and other less successful characters, and further credits include playing keyboards for It's a Wonderful Life, composed by Steve Brown, at the New Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich, A Man of no Importance, Regen de Wynter Productions, Arts Theatre, Leicester Square.

Tom has worked as Musical Director for numerous productions, including Honk! and West Side Story, as well as for Newsrevue, at the Canal Cafe Theatre. Most recently he was Musical Director for Northbrook college of Arts production of Rent. Assistant Musical Director Credits include: The Pied Piper of Hamelin, for Youth Music Theatre:UK, as well as for The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, for Bruce James Productions, Palace Theatre Southend.
