part-time boyfriend to Milly, he eventually meets his match
when he tries to woo Death herself.

resort to working with the undertakers to eliminate the true

London Beggars who befriend Clive in the song Spend A
Penny and are instrumental to the plague being cured.
The Pied Piper is one of the biggest heart-throbs in Europe.
A celebrity in his own right, he is the heroic nemesis of
all rat-kind, and a damn fine musician to boot. The ultimate
macho stereotype, he promises to defeat the rats and save
London in the song Pay The Piper... before failing
miserably in the next scene. |

for all. Tricking Clive to assist them in the song Man
And Rat, the Rat King unleashes the Great Plague to
bring about this goal.

unable to find a cure for the Plague, finds London a
