Robert Wainwright - The Alchemist
 Robert
Wainwright's acting work has included a variety of theatre productions
and independent films, as well as voiceover and singing recordings,
photographic and internet adverts, radio plays and music videos. His
recent theatre work includes performing in new drama
Mad Tigers and
Bears at the Brockley Jack Theatre in London, and in a production of
Lillian Hellman's The Children's Hour at Barons Court Theatre. He
also appeared in murder mystery musical Nigel and Nita's Wedding
at the New Connaught in Covent Garden, and in musical comedy The Wind
Thing Musical at the Rosemary Branch in Islington. In addition, he
played the lead role in new drama Exiles at the Exit Stage Left
Theatre in San Francisco.Robert's recent film work includes appearing in a thriller feature called Uncut for Greenacre Films, which is the first British feature to be shot all in one take. In addition, he recently played the title character in The Demon Within, which is the latest horror feature from 24 Carrot Films. He also appeared in horror feature Bloodmyth for Rogues Yarn Productions and, for a change of pace, he appeared in the internet comedy sketch Rough Him Up for Rhubba Dot Comedy. Robert's recent voice work includes playing a number of characters in various radio plays for Bunbury Banter Productions, which were broadcast on Hayes FM radio station in West London. He also recently recorded his vocals on demo CDs for two musicals, namely The Person Residing at Longwood for Poochyboy Productions and Earthday 3000 for Metal Mickey Productions. Besides acting and singing, Robert's interests include writing and kickboxing. He trained at the Academy Drama School in London. |
